We produce upon purchase. Out items listed on the site are PRE-ORDERED and an estimated delivery time is noted on our product pages. We will contact you within 3 working days to confirm your delivery time. A FEDEX tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch of the order.
Orders placed on Fridays evening (Bali calendar) will be addressed on the following Monday.
Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day.
