Shipping Policy


All orders are delivered by couriers (local) FEDEX (International)
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.

We are a MADE-TO-ORDER label so your delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and goes into process according to the LEAD-WAY time indicated on our product pages. Please note that lead-way times can take longer during monsoon seasons and ceremony seasons here in Bali, Indonesia we we are located.
Items are wrapped in a light-weight paper and delivered in discreet packaging with no indication of its contents. Unfortunately, we do not provide or sell gift packaging. 

International Orders
All orders shipped internationally may incur customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. For international orders shipped to the U.S., UK, or countries within the EU that incur customs fees, duties, or taxes. ADINE STUDIO does not assume responsibility for these additional costs.

International orders may require the customer to provide additional information to the carrier in order to ensure delivery. For this reason, you may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. If you are contacted in such a manner it does not mean that you have been subscribed or enrolled in any messaging service, nor that you will be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. The carrier will be unable to deliver your parcel without the additional details requested, and if you do not provide this information your parcel will be returned to our studio.

At this time we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
